Over 8 years experience in the real estate world. I went from a property manager overseeing 10 units in North Dakota to over 100. During that time I was studying to get my Real Estate License. I succeeded. I closed over 120 deals my first year in. The next 6 months was the same trend. I went before the Real Estate Commission and they approved me to get my Brokers License which required 2 full years as an agent. I was licensed as a Broker based on experience alone. Since being a Broker I have opened an office in Watford City as well as Williston. I love this industry and I love helping my clients get results. 90% of my business is referrals.
