In the fall of 2003, Karen Hannigan joined The U. L. Coleman Companies as a commercial brokerage and leasing specialist. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Louisiana REALTORS® Association, and the Commercial Investment Division of the Shreveport/Bossier Board of REALTORS®.
A native of Shreveport, Karen Hannigan is an honors graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. Prior to joining The U. L. Coleman Companies, she worked as a Marketing Executive for High Lifter Products of Shreveport, and Pratt & Buehl, Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia, where her job responsibilities included everything from media and marketing consultation to management of new and existing client accounts.
