Karen offers a lifetime of Bay Area experience and knowledge and provides customized real estate services for each client. With over 25 years in the East Bay, she can help you compare your options for homebuying in different communities and will provide an up-to-date market analysis for sales in each neighborhood.
Learning the advantages of a wide range of communities and their options for transportation, schools, and shopping helps buyers appreciate their choices. This knowledge also makes her especially effective in presenting homes for sale. She has lived and worked on the Peninsula, in San Francisco, Berkeley, and Moscow and her connections with family and friends stretch throughout the region.

Karen has specialized training in seniors real estate, sales of distressed properties, and an active broker’s license. Her background includes degrees in geology and Russian from Stanford as well as time in the Ivy League at Yale. Raising a family has developed a strong interest in education, film, and international & adventure travel and has taught her new skills such as SCUBA and kayaking.
