Bio
Karlo is responsible for site selection, acquisitions, project management and business development. Karlo’s journey in real estate began during law school. While in the classroom, he was most passionate about courses in real estate finance, M&A, contract drafting and negotiations, which led him to pursue a career in real estate. Upon graduation, he joined a commercial real estate firm in Atlanta focusing on multi-family projects. Since then, Karlo has been involved in various aspects of real estate including ground up apartment developments, condominiums, hospitality and retail.
