Kate Ruzevich joined the Leasing team in 2021 at Mid- America Oakbrook Terrace office and specializes solely in Landlord Representation. She is responsible for leasing properties in Mid-America’s retail portfolio.
Kate works to develop strategic plans for each property which includes developing custom merchandising plans, marketing and negotiating new and existing retail space to tenants, actively driving markets, advising clients on deal structure and negotiating with tenants from letter of intent through lease execution. Additional responsibilities for each property include creating deal specific analysis, overall property impact analysis and developing feasible execution plans.
Kate Ruzevich began her real estate career in the summer of 2020 as a Leasing intern with Mid-America. Kate graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lindenwood University in addition to being apart of the women’s basketball team. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a minor in Finance. She is a licensed broker in the state of IL, and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
