Katherine Lee is an Associate with Newmark’s Atlanta Office group, focused in representing office occupiers. She works on all aspects of client and prospect relations with a focus on market research and business development. Katherine’s interactions with the brokerage and tenant communities include direct calls, property tours, and the collection of real time information on the Atlanta market.
Katherine is responsible for the routine preparation of owner’s activity reports, requests for proposals and the tracking of active deals and comps with the aim of keeping clients continuously informed on the most current market activity.
A graduate of the Wesleyan School and Auburn University, Katherine was active in the Harbert School of Business serving as a member of the Real Estate Society and Women In Business. An Atlanta native, she has a unique perspective of the Atlanta metropolitan area and understands the markets invigorating change of commercial assets, both new and old, in recent years.
