Kathie Nantais joined CBRE in 1990 and is the Office Operations Manager for CBRE’s Detroit office. In partnership with John Latessa, Senior Managing Director, she is responsible for day-to-day operations and financial budget analysis and forecasting, which includes the annual capital and operating budget. She also serves as supervisor to all administrative support staff, marketing specialists, research team members and interns. In this capacity, she is responsible for any human resources related matters, including new employee processing, benefits administration and annual performance reviews.
During her 20+ tenure with CBRE, Ms. Nantais has worked on several national initiatives. She was actively involved with the team that created the online MyHr system, coordinated and planned the 2003 National OOM Conference and played a vital role in the People Soft rollout in 2012.
Ms. Nantais also plays an integral part of the local CBRE Cares Committee. She served as Committee Chair from 2009 – 2011 and still continues to act in an advisory role. While participating in several local office volunteer events each year, Ms. Nantais also sponsors three major CBRE Cares volunteer activities; Ronald McDonald House, Barber School and CBRE’s National Build Project with Grace Centers of Hope.
