Born on Hope Street in downtown Los Angeles, Kat was raised in the heart of the city and draws on her in-depth knowledge of the metropolitan area, the surrounding communities and the region to represent her sellers and buyers with seasoned experience and skill.
Kat's passion for architecture led her to launch her real estate career in 1996. Since then, she has successfully closed over 650 transactions Southern California, from single family homes and condominiums to income and commercial properties.
