Kathleen Yonce is the principal and founding member for KEY Group. She is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with division management and director-level experience and has worked on over four million square feet of retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties throughout the Southeast valued at over $3 billion. For KEY Group, she works with the group’s division partners and the firm’s multiple capital partners and focuses on securing development deals and execution management for large-scale projects, business development, client relations, and strategic planning.
She was recently honored by Orlando Business Journal as one of the 22 "2024 Women Who Mean Business" and was previously honored with distinctions in the past including being named an Up and Comer for Commercial Real Estate Development by the South Florida Business Journal, and she was named one of the Top Women in Commercial Real Estate by the Florida Real Estate Journal.
