Kathline Collins started Collins Property Group in 2005 and has grown the business to include a large property management division as well as residential and land sales. Prior to her career in real estate, Kathline practiced as a registered nurse for 13 years.
Originally from Vermont, Kathline is a 25-year resident of Gainesville, Georgia but has lived all over the east coast, including Miami, Baltimore, central New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Cape Cod.
She has four children and two grandchildren.
In her free time, Kathline enjoys gardening, book club, laying by the pool, and a good glass of wine.
Kathline feels being active in the community is her duty as a good citizen and has been part of the Junior League of Hall County, Greater Hall County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Hall County, Gainesville City School PTA, and the Hall County Board of Realtors.
