Bio
Kathryn Brandewie joined Florida Retail Partners in 2021 as a Retail Associate, with a primary focus on Landlord leasing and tenant representation.
Prior to joining Florida Retail Partners, Kathryn worked at The Sembler Company, where she was responsible for leasing over 2.5 million square feet of shopping center space across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia. Her experience includes leasing firm-owned assets, ground-up developments, and third party shopping centers with a variety of national, regional and local tenants. Additional responsibilities included performing market & competitor analysis, creating strategic merchandising plans, and executing outbound prospecting initiatives.
Kathryn is a licensed Florida real estate salesperson and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is also involved in Christian Business Women’s Connection and the Lunch Pals mentorship program.
Kathryn is a native Texan and a graduate of the University of Arkansas.
