Kathryn Kleber is founder and Managing Broker for Team RED Real Estate, headquartered in the Federal Way WA Keller Williams office.
Team RED stands for Resourceful, Experienced and Dedicated brokers working together to serve buyers and sellers in King, Pierce, and Kitsap Counties. Kathryn started Team RED in 2006 when she joined Keller Williams. She is currently in Maps Mastery Coaching and is an Expansion Explorer.
Kathryn’s primary area of specialization includes a custom designed project management approach to full-service senior transitions. This comprehensive service level prepares Kathryn and her team to serve to offer a full spectrum of services for sellers. Kathryn uses this full-service project management approach to serve buyers and this is especially helpful when applied to the comprehensive needs of a relocation move. Kathryn also works with buy and hold investment buyers in the multifamily housing marketplace. Before becoming a licensed agent, Kathryn had a long history in multifamily ownership and she and her husband Kirk still self-manage their own multifamily investments. Prior to their real estate careers, Kathryn owned a marketing research firm and Kirk served as a project manager in the construction trade.
Now part of Team RED, they have 10 agents and administrative staff and are on the path to expansion across the Puget Sound Region. They look forward to rolling out the RED carpet for you and your referral clients.
