Katie Wenger exclusively advises occupiers with an innovative approach to real estate strategy development and implementation. Katie is valued by her clients and colleagues alike for her drive, diligence, and enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their goals. Katie leads clients through complex real estate challenges with a consultative approach and strives to achieve superior outcomes through the utilization of workplace strategy, technology tool implementation, and her market expertise on both a one-off and portfolio basis.
Katie began her career in 2016 when she interned with CBRE, discovering her passion for real estate and her drive to be a part of the success of companies both regionally and globally. Since joining CBRE, Katie has successfully been a part of over 200 transactions totaling over 2.5 million square feet of office and medical-related transactions inclusive of site acquisition, site disposition, built-to-suit, and portfolio optimization transactions. Katie's experiences before and throughout her time with CBRE have poised her to communicate effectively, problem-solve efficiently, and provide world-class results for clients every day.
Katie is an active leader of the Greater Philadelphia Women’s Network, leading over 200-chapter members in programming to help support the growth of women in the region to find connection, mentorship, and access more opportunities. Katie is also a designated regional lead of CBRE’s national Healthcare Advisory Practice Group, where she joins healthcare leaders throughout the nation in sharing best practices, thought leadership, and world-class client care.
