Kathy is married and have 4 sons and 5 grandchildren. She was born and raised in Queen Village in Center City Philadelphia. She knows and loves this city. Before she entered the real estate industry she worked as a social worker. Kathy has had her real estate license since 1986, with her career ironically starting on April Fool’s Day of that year. She was the recipient of the 1987 Rookie of the Year award. From that day on, she has been a consistent Top Producer not only at Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach Home Services, but in the entire city of Philadelphia. She is incredibly grateful to have received many prestigious awards throughout the years on the local and national level.
The other members of her team include her son Patrick, who is also her partner, with 25 years of experience & likewise a recipient of many prestigious awards + a Center City top producer, plus 7 other licensed agents. Her Office Manager is Joanie Brown who oversees the operations of the entire team.
