Kathy is enthusiastic about working with home sellers and advising them how to best position their home in today's market. She also enjoys working with first time home buyers to help them better understand the process involved with buying a new home. She works hard to negotiate, troubleshoot, and effectively navigate her clients through the home buying/selling process.
Kathy grew up in the Dayton area and came to Columbus, in 1981 to attend OSU. She has resided in Columbus for 30 years. She began her career in property management, then became a Real Estate Agent in 2008 with Keller Williams Realty.
