Kathy has been involved in real estate since 2003 when she began working in commercial property management. She then expanded into residential real estate and began helping buyers and sellers with HUD, bank-owned and short sale properties. Kathy is experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions and commercial management and leasing. In 2009, she and her husband Edward decided to branch out and start their own real estate company, Regel & Associates, LLC. In her free time, Kathy loves to travel, hike, bike, and read. She is active in her church and Women’s Work in Longmont. Kathy loves people and especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers.
