Katie Perkins currently serves as the Senior Director of Retail Leasing at Brookfield Properties. She originally joined General Growth Properties in 2004 prior to the merger. Katie is responsible for Class A Retail throughout the Pacific NW and Texas (Houston Metro Area). Properties included: The Woodlands, Willowbrook, First Colony, Alderwood, Clackamas Town Center, Westlake Center, Pioneer Place, Bellis Fair, Spokane Valley and Northtown.
Prior to joining the company she was an Area Leasing Manager for The Rouse Company, also a part of Brookfield now. She was also an Associate for Blatteis Realty Co., Inc. in San Francisco, CA.
