Katie Weinbrenner moved to Goose Creek, South Carolina from Massachusetts over six years ago with her husband Steven. Katie studied Business Management and Organization Leadership at Nichols College and proceeded to work in the aviation technology and software industries for close to ten years. Katie worked in various sales and marketing leadership roles before leaving her corporate job to raise her daughter, Harper. While Katie was at stay at home Mom, she launched an online clothing and accessory boutique business that she managed for two years.
Katie decided to soar in to her next adventure by starting her real estate career. Katie continuously upgrades her education and knowledge. Being raised on a farm, she learned from a young age to have a strong work ethic, high morals and core values. Katie’s attention to detail, passion for helping people, and strong negotiating skills make her a strong candidate as your realtor. Katie helps buyers and sellers navigate the Charleston real estate market and utilizes various technology platforms to provide a great buying and selling experience. She enjoys working with out of state buyers relocating to the area as she has personal experience in long distance moves. Katie is a Certified Military Relocation Professional and is also a Commercial Agent. Katie & her teammate Hailey were awarded the Diamond Circle of Excellence which is the highest award level given by Carolina One Real Estate and are ranked in the Top 1% of Charleston area Agents. Katie was the recipient of the Metro North Offices Rising Star Award for 2019.
Katie loves living in Charleston and enjoys visiting parks, beaches, restaurants and breweries. In addition to her daughter Harper, she also has a miniature schnauzer named Piper Cub (named after her favorite airplane). Katie is a Boston sports fan and loves the New England Patriots!
