Katie Wilson is a Vice President and Sales Representative in Avison Young’s Toronto North Office, specializing in landlord representation in the GTA’s North and East markets. Katie works with local and institutional clients, providing a consultative approach to leasing and marketing strategies, asset repositioning, transaction negotiations, and financial analysis. Katie’s client-centric approach allows her to understand her clients objectives and work diligently to achieve their goals. Since beginning her career, Katie has developed extensive market knowledge and insight in the GTA’s North and East office real estate markets.
