Keenan Boyle is one of the founding principals of Columbia Commercial Properties, LLC. Active in the Portland real estate market since 1990, Mr. Boyle focuses on management and leasing of retail, office, and industrial properties.
Mr. Boyle received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration at Oregon State University. After college he worked for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, including participation in their corporate internship program and their corporate management training program.
Upon leaving Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Mr. Boyle began his real estate career in Portland specializing in the management and leasing of retail and office properties. Before starting Columbia Commercial Properties he worked for a regional management company and then a local full service firm.
Mr. Boyle has successfully negotiated leases with J.C. Penney's, General Electric Company, Portland General Electric and Associates Finance, as well as managed properties for Travelers Insurance, First Interstate Bank and U.S. Bank.
Mr. Boyle is a Certified Property Management candidate and has successfully completed the Institute of Real Estate Management 300, 400 and 500 level courses.
