Keith is the broker/owner of The Douglas Day Property Group, LLC. He has been in property management, real estate investment, acquisitions, and sales since 2002. He oversees all aspects of the company, and sets the pace and direction of where the company is heading.
Keith has the necessary knowledge and experience to properly market, price, and maintain any sized rental. He is driven to find ways to increase his clients revenue and decrease their expenses. Property Management-
The Douglas Day Property Group currently oversees the management of nearly $17 Million worth of real estate. This consist of 160+ units, including multi-family rentals, condos and commercial office space. We currently collect $30,000+ in monthly revenue for our clients.
We anticipate adding another $5 Million worth of real estate to our management portfolio in 2011. Consisting of an additional 30+ units, and account for an additional $20,000 in monthly revenue collection.
Sales-

Aquisitions-
