Bio
Keith Gilliss graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in marketing and advertising during which he served as president of the universities sales and marketing organization. Immediately after graduating, Keith moved to Colorado where he worked as an independent contractor, for Thomas Publishing Company, for 22 years developing successful marketing programs for more than 1200 manufacturing companies. Within his first year, he was the top new business sales producer in the United States and was promoted to senior contractor. As print marketing was evolving digitally, Keith and his wife Lisa founded Gilliss Marketing Group (GMG). GMG worked with companies of all sizes, developing strategic internet marketing programs to help drive, convert and measure qualified traffic in the business-to-business arena. In 2006, Gilliss moved his family to Montana where he started his commercial real estate business. Keith’s success in business building is what contributed to his rapidly growing commercial real estate company. It was a Broker from San Luis Obispo that hired Gilliss and his company in Montana to represent them in their commercial project that opened the doors for the move to the Central Coast. Once Keith arrived to the Central Coast he knew he had found home. Here on the Central Coast Keith is the Broker of Prime Commercial California. He specializes in commercial properties specific to North County. He works hand-in hand with property owners, investors and prospective business owners to bring their visions to life. It is with a professional yet friendly approach that Keith is able to help clients feel comfortable and confident in their decisions in what can be a stressful process.
