Bio
Keith has been a resident of Huntington Harbour since 1979. Growing up on Humboldt and Trinidad Islands, he has been immersed in the Huntington Harbor lifestyle throughout his life. In his youth, he spent his summers as an active participant of the Huntington Harbor Yacht Club Junior sailing program. While attending Mater Dei High School, Keith was a member of the Huntington Harbor Junior Philharmonic program. During his teenage years, he would frequently cruise the harbor in his Boston Whaler and eventually met his future wife, Kini, while she was also cruising her Boston Whaler around the islands. Keith and Kini attended Pepperdine University and began buying property before they graduated. Soon after, they began buying multi-family units and personally managed them.
Coming from active boating families and a love for the waterfront lifestyle, it was an extremely easy transition for Keith and Kini to return to the Harbour as a young couple raising their family in early 2000's when Keith began to build and sell custom waterfront homes. As a waterfront resident, homeowner and previous owner-builder, Keith has a very unique perspective of the real estate market, as he not only sells the lifestyle, but he also actually lives it. He has an unparalleled level of experience and market knowledge.
Keith is adept at navigating the waters of real estate transactions for his clients. He specializes in investment property exchanges and multi-family (1031) dwellings, including reverse exchanges into a primary residence. Keith has experience in home remodels, property inspections and new home construction and can find the right home to tear down and build or a property with a dock for the family yacht. He has established himself as the go-to expert in Huntington Harbour for helping clients achieve their dream home. Keith even shows his clients potential properties from his Duffy boat so they, too, can experience the coveted harbour lifestyle while viewing homes.
Due to Keith and Kin's love for the water, he is a member of the Catalina Island Yacht Club. They attend First Christian Church in Huntington Beach and Keith serves as a board member to Save Our Source, a nonprofit organization that manages donations of yachts and other vessels to benefit the homeless in Orange County.
Keith strives to serve his clients before, during and after the real estate transaction. His clients rave about his availability and helpfulness, and many become lifelong friends. Keith's services are bolstered by the innovative technology and innovative marketing support of Coldwell Banker. Properties, marketed on as many as 700 websites, ensuring maximum exposure to potential buyers and real estate agents across all platforms.
