Keith has assisted clients in all facets of corporate real estate including sales and leasing, build-to-suits, land acquisitions, sale leasebacks and investment sales. Keith has completed transactions ranging in size from 10,000 square feet to over 1,500,000 square feet.
In addition, Keith has extensive experience with industrial build-to-suits and national site selections. His duties have included conducting extensive market research, identifying appropriate sites and preparing feasibility reports on site benefits.
Clients include Andersen Corporation, Caterpillar, Pechiney, Power Packaging, Inc., Snapple Beverage Co., Sutech Industries, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Duke Realty, First Industrial Realty Trust, Meritex Enterprises, The Principal Financial Group, Northern Builders, The State Teachers Retirement Systems of Ohio and the Illinois Teachers Retirement System
Keith is a member of the prestigious national organization, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and serves on the Board of Directors and the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers and formerly served on the board of directors for the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIREB).
