Keith has almost 30 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development and consulting. He uses his extensive experience in commercial tenant representation and development including build-to-suits, relocations, acquisitions and dispositions to work in Austin and throughout the country. Specializing in corporate representation, Keith has represented numerous major Fortune 500 corporations, mid-cap technology companies, entrepreneurial start-ups and other professional organizations. He created and led the DTZ Austin office for 19 years until it was merged with Cushman & Wakefield in 2016. He was ranked among the top 15 brokers nationally multiple years including a ranking of 2nd nationally one of the years. Keith has also received Costar’s Powerbroker award. The Austin Business Journal awarded him the #1 Heavy Hitter Award and he has been ranked in the top five multiple times. Keith earned his BA in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Texas at Austin and is currently a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s national Tenant Advisory Group and Land Advisory Group.
