Since graduating from Stony Brook University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Kellen has lived in a variety of Brooklyn neighborhoods including Sunset Park, Bensonhurst, and Boerum Hill, where her appreciation of Brooklyn’s diverse neighborhoods deepened. Her go-getter attitude and propensity for thorough self-learning paid off quickly when she accepted a job as a software developer.
