While representing both landlords and tenants, Kelley has successfully leased and sold many project types including office, retail, flex, and warehouse spaces. Kelley clients range from many large, medium and small companies as she helps them evaluate their real estate needs for growth, reduction or realigning their portfolio to better fit their strategic plan and budget requirements. Kelley joined Burns Scalo Real Estate in 1984 and has been influential in building the company’s portfolio of properties to more than 5,000,000 square feet.
