Bio
A genuine love for people and a true talent for sales led Kelli Chinn to pursue a career in real estate. The 2000 Madison Comprehensive High School graduate obtained her real estate license in 2019.
Expressing her lifelong desire to work in real estate, Kelli shared, "Honestly, I've always wanted to be in real estate." Reflecting on a recent experience, she recounted working with a remarkable couple who had fostered over 80 children through their home. Kelli found the experience both challenging and enjoyable. "I just really enjoyed getting to know them and learn about them," she said. "That's what is really fun for me – just getting to help people."
Kelli humbly acknowledged the recognition from a fellow agent, who worked with her on a deal from another brokerage. He noted her hard work and dedication to her clients, saying, "He could tell I was just really pulling for them." Kelli emphasized the impact of kindness and care in her approach, stating, "I guess kindness and care just really go a long way – and it never hurts to ask. If this is what they want, and we can get it for them, let's do it."
Outside of her professional life, Kelli takes pride in her role as a mother to two sons, ages 8 and 4, whom she described as her world. Enthusiastically, she shared, "I love to spend time with my kids." Describing their shared love for the outdoors, she spoke of camping trips to various state campgrounds, with her older son displaying a keen interest in activities like fishing and cooking. She highlighted the family's enjoyment of hiking, picnics at places like Malabar Farm, and the simple pleasures of discovering worms and bugs.
In addition to her real estate career, Kelli has been working with the Matthew Trittschuh Insurance Agency since 2016, where she sells insurance ranging from life insurance to home, auto, and commercial policies. Expressing her satisfaction with this facet of her professional life, Kelli remarked, "It's really fun, and things are always changing. There's always something new to learn and always room to grow."
