When friends and colleagues think of Kelli, they describe her as someone who looks for the positive in every situation and is constantly striving to be her best self. When she is not working to help make her clients’ real estate dreams become reality, she is usually cooking and enjoying her family and friends.
Kelli sees time as the ultimate currency. Her clients’ time is a priority consideration in the sales process. Coordinating multiple moves, paying attention to the little details that make the process go smoothly, fair and win-win negotiation strategies and the analytical experience to evaluate market price - are all important considerations when hiring someone to help you through what has the potential to be a very stressful time. Her goal is to make the process as smooth as possible so you can be informed when it comes to making the best long-term decisions for you and your family's needs.
After raising four daughters and a long career in advertising, she is finally following her life-long dream to work in real estate as a REALTOR®. The notion of “home” is sacred to Kelli because she has moved countless times, so she intimately understands the chaos and hesitation that can come along with the process, as well as the comfort, security, and pride that result in finding the perfect home for the next phase of your life.
Working with investors is also a big part of her overall business and she gets great satisfaction in finding profitable deals for her investor clients who are building buy/hold portfolios are rehabbing properties to sell for a profit.
Kelli’s primary goal is to share knowledge, invest in others and live each day with joy and purpose.
