Kellie Ortiz-Thompson brings a unique blend of experience to the commercial real estate arena, with a dynamic background spanning both retail store management and leasing and investment sales. With four years immersed in commercial real estate, specializing in office and retail leasing as well as investment sales, Kellie leverages insights gained from her eight-year tenure managing prestigious retail establishments such as Fendi, Neiman Marcus, and Abercrombie and Fitch/Hollister.
Notably, Kellie's expertise extends beyond borders; she played an integral role in launching the first Hollister store in Japan, where she spent two years recruiting, training, and managing the store team. Her hands-on experience in store management provides a unique perspective to her clients, offering insights from an operator's standpoint.
Kellie's academic journey includes earning a bachelor's degree in Spanish from UNLV, with a transformative year of study abroad in Costa Rica. Her roots trace back to the Seattle area, but she has called downtown Las Vegas home for the past nine years.
In her professional endeavors, Kellie's focus lies on retail and office leasing, as well as investment sales, with a keen interest in the downtown Las Vegas core, including East Fremont, the Arts District, and the Medical District.
