As a Principal of Midland Atlantic, Kelly collaborates on the design of each development, directs all aspects of construction and oversees the day to day asset management for all developments completed out of the Indianapolis office. Kelly has over 25 years of real estate industry experience being involved in multi-family and retail construction and development in the Midwest and Mid Atlantic regions. This experience along with her focused attention to detail have contributed to the company’s success at becoming a preferred developer and trusted resource for some of the nation’s top retailers. Before becoming a Principal at Midland Atlantic, Kelly worked for House Investments, Inc., an Indianapolis based sponsor and developer of real estate investments as well as Trammel Crow Residential out of Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.
Kelly has served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Indiana and currently enjoys volunteering in various ways in her church, schools and the local community.
