Kelly Lawrence is a Vice President at Network Realty Partners. Ms. Lawrence brings critical knowledge and experience in acquisitions/dispositions, investment analysis, market research, and strategic marketing.
Ms. Lawrence has been involved in the marketing and sale of over 50 investment sales transactions throughout the Washington, D.C. Region. Ms. Lawrence was most recently a co-founder of EDGE Commercial Real Estate’s Capital Markets Group, an investment sales platform specializing in the disposition of mid-market suburban office, industrial/flex and neighborhood retail. Prior to joining EDGE, Ms. Lawrence served as a Senior Associate in the Investment Sales Group at Metropolis Capital Advisors, a capital markets advisory firm specializing in structured finance and investment sales services. Prior to joining MetCap, Ms. Lawrence spent two years at Transwestern as an integral member for both the Mid-Atlantic Commercial and Multifamily Investment Sales Teams. Her responsibilities included financial analysis, market research, business development, implementation of strategic marketing, and managing the disposition process.
Ms. Lawrence is a graduate of the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business, where she received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., serves on the executive board of WIRRE, a women’s only retail organization, and is an active member of NAIOP Real Estate Emerging Leaders (REEL).
