Kelly grew up in Southeastern Minnesota (Freeburg, to be exact!) She graduated from Caledonia High School and then graduated from Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin, with an Associate’s degree. She was a legal assistant for about 20 years, and had 5 years of banking experience before becoming a realtor in 2006. She have been a full-time real estate agent ever since. She really focuses on her clients and their needs. She is a great listener and research everything for her clients – having that legal background has been very helpful.
She licensed in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
She been a top agent since the beginning of her career. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is the highest degree of education and recognition for a realtor. She is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), specializing in helping 55 and older with their real estate needs. That designation is a more detailed specialty, covering such topics as estate planning and reverse mortgages.
She enjoys meeting new clients and gaining new listings. She loves finding new venues for promoting properties and the challenge of getting properties sold – She is not just a “list it and leave it” realtor. There are many roles to be played as a realtor and she loves them all.
She lives in Caledonia with her family. Tim is her husband and their children are Dylan, McKenzie, Evan, and Tristan. Her family is very important to her. Being a real estate agent lets her manage her own schedule, which allows for family camping and other outdoor activities in summer. It also gives her the benefit of being able to attend her kids’ sporting events throughout the year.
