Kelly Williams is the Team Lead for CBRE’s National Self Storage Advisory Group. Since joining the team in 2018, Kelly has played a vital role in the disposition of over $6.2 billion in self storage. Kelly is responsible for interfacing with clients from the Request for Proposal stage through Post-Close of Escrow. She is the main point of contact for all the team’s pitches, production of marketing materials, escrow coordination, and team branding. Prior to joining CBRE, Kelly managed a law office in Los Angeles for over 16 years.
