Kelvin Beatty was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. After attending Washtenaw Community College to pursue an Associate degree, he went immediately to work in the automotive industry.
In the automotive field, Kelvin worked his way up by starting his automotive career as a mechanic. He would then go on to various positions including Service Advisor, Mechanical Claims Adjuster, Service Manager, and Store Manager. He has worked for some of the largest automotive companies including Buick, Chevrolet, Goodyear, and Midas, where he held professional progressive leadership positions.
