Bio
In 1986, right out of college, Ken Breslin started working with his father Wilbur Breslin at Breslin Realty Development Corporation. Since then he has been admitted to the bar in the states of New York and New Jersey and is often referred to as the pioneer of the industry due to the precedent he has set through his exemplary real estate transactions.
Breslin Realty was often referred to as “Breslin University” having produced some of the industry’s most influential real estate minds in the business today.
In March 2011, Ken Breslin dissolved his brokerage company Breslin Realty Inc. to form Sabre Real Estate Group with Jayson Siano of CB Richard Ellis. For Mr. Breslin and Mr. Siano, it seemed to be perfect timing to start a company that would regenerate the retail real estate industry.
