Kenneth has been selling Commercial and Residential Real Estate, since 2005. Kenneth is a big proponent of education and continually avails himself of advanced industry learning opportunities provided by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), MIT’s School of Architecture and Plannings, and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institutes, as well as other industry experts.
Kenneth's professional background includes that of a small business owner who achieved over two million in annual sales, a US Securities and Exchange Commission Financial Advisor with several million dollars under management, and Kenneth "cut his teeth" with an eighteen-year sales position with IBM. Kenneth attended LeTourneau University and received his initial real estate training at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business. Kenneth is a member of the West and Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS®, AZ Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Born in Philadelphia, Kenneth grew up in Southeast Pennsylvania and later, New York City before moving to Arizona. Kenneth's in-depth training included special real estate courses; such as Real Estate Practice Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation, and Creative Financing.
Kenneth now focuses on assisting investors to identify, evaluate, and purchasing investment real estate properties. Many of Kenneth's clients are also interested in using investment strategies to defer income taxes. Kenneth, and his team, bring their expertise to the transaction to smooth out the procedural bumps and manage the complex timeline, this is especially important with commercial real estate projects.
