Born and raised in the heart of Southern California, Ken Othman is quickly becoming a commanding force in the Real Estate Industry.
Ken started his career selling commercial & industrial properties, before transferring over to work with residential properties, mirroring his parents who have over 35 years in the industry. Now, with over 7 years of Real Estate experience Ken continues to help his clients buy and sell their homes.
Prior to solely working as an agent, Ken was a Project Manager for a Luxury Home Construction Company specializing in luxury home additions and remodels, and helped drive sales up over 17%. This career led Ken to work with Private investors helping them identify, purchase and develop real estate deals throughout the area. This diverse real-estate-focused background allows Ken to analyze each deal with an in-depth perspective, making him a formidable partner to have on your side.
As a former Collegiate Athlete, Ken understands the work it takes and continuously fights for his client’s success. Ken has a B.A. in Marketing, and an M.B.A in Entrepreneurial Management. Ken Prides himself in his hustle and tenacity to bring success to his clients.
