Ken Reinschmidt actively pursues his interest in fly fishing (since age 5), rides his mountain bike as much as possible, and can’t get enough skiing at Mt. Baker. Spending time with his family and working as a Board Member of Whatcom County Boys and Girls Clubs are also particularly important to Ken.
In his spare time Ken manages Saratoga Commercial Real Estate. He applies a great deal of experience and many tools gained through asset management, and his CCIM designation, to optimize his clients outcomes to Lease commercial real estate, buy commercial real estate, sell commercial real estate, and develope commercial real estate. Ken is a market expert.
Ken has recently applied his knowledge and creativity to complete more than three dozen lease transactions and manage and close over $30 million in real estate activities in the past two years.
