Ken has lived in Topeka, Kansas since 1984 when he enrolled at Washburn University and was a running back on the football team. He met his wife Julie and earned a business degree, BBA-Finance while attending
Washburn. Julie and Ken have raised 4 children and are active in the Topeka community.
While serving as President of KS Commercial, Ken split his time between managing the business and performing asset management and brokerage services. During this time, KS Commercial became the Topeka market leader and facilitated 1,775 transactions totaling over 54 million square feet of commercial real estate properties sold or leased with a total value over $346 million.
Ken joined CBRE in February of 2014 to merge his local experience with the CBRE global platform and focus 100% of his efforts on Sales and Leasing to better serve our customers in Topeka and NE Kansas. During his 19 months at CBRE, Ken brokered 56 sale or lease transactions totaling 871,505 square feet and over $81 million in value.
Ken is responsive, accountable and delivers value. As a result, most assignments are generated from repeat business and referrals.
