Kenny Allen was born and raised in South Tampa, where he graduated from H B Plant High School and the University of Tampa with a degree in Marketing. A fifth-generation Floridian, Kenny’s family has been business owners and civic leaders in Tampa for over one hundred years. Kenny’s great grandfather, Giuseppe Guagliardo, was the founder of Sunny Florida Dairy, which is one of Tampa’s oldest local enterprises and is still in business today. A Realtor with The Toni Everett Company for 10 years, Kenny utilizes his extensive marketing background by successfully gaining the most exposure for his clients’ properties and securing the highest selling prices possible.
