Bio
Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Boston College in 1975 with a B.A. in Economics, Mr. Enos began a career on Wall Street. He served as a Vice President with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette during the period 1976-1983; providing investment advice and analysis to institutions and individuals on a wide range of investments, including equity securities, government and corporate bonds, real estate, commodity, and financial services. From 1983-1987, Ken served as an Associate Broker with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., representing institutional and individual clients in the acquistion of office, industrial, retail and residential properties; and landlords and tenants, including many Fortune 500 and national companies, in leasing transactions and assignments. During his tenure. Mr. Enos generated gross commissions in excess of $1.25 million. Moving to a real estate investment company, Mr. Enos expanded his real estate knowledge and skills by serving as Director of Leasing and Acquisitions with overall responsibility for the supervison of the leasing of a national portfolio of 3 million square feet of office and retail properties; as well as the acquistion and financing of properties. In 1990, Ken was appointed Vice President and Assistant Director of Owned Real Estate for The Dime Savings Bank of New York. During his tenure (1990-1994), he managed a real estate staff of 40; and $585 million of properties and non-performing assets were sold. Responsibilities included identifying sale patterns and modifying strategies to increase sales, recovery ratios, and to reduce operating costs; in addition to developing business plans, budgets, policies and procedures. Since joining the investment team at Sutton & Edwards, Inc (now Colliers International LI Inc) in 1995, Mr. Enos has procured numerous transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion.
