Bio
Ken Flynn joined LEG as Senior Director of Leasing in March 2013. Flynn has over 20 years of real estate experience and has built an extensive resume in providing strategic planning and transaction services. Throughout his career he has completed over 500 transactions representing over 8 million square feet of space for many of the leading companies in the New Jersey region, and is well regarded for his expert knowledge of the northern New Jersey marketplace. Flynn has represented Global Aerospace, Merrill Lynch, Eli Lilly, United Health Group, Tygris Commercial Finance, McGivney & Kluger, TATA Chemicals, and BNY Mellon. Prior to joining LEG, Flynn has served as a Senior Director of Leasing at C&W, a Senior Vice President at JLL, and a Senior Vice President at CBRE (formerly Trammell Crow Company). He was named as a Power Broker by CoStar in 2009 and 2010. Flynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Columbia University and is a member of NAIOP and CORENET.
