Professional Expertise
Kenny has specialized in tenant representation for over 17 years and joined Studley in 1998. As managing director in Studley’s Law Firm Practice Group, he specializes in lease negotiation and documentation, lease restructuring, financial analysis and creative financial structures, including industrial revenue bond financing.
Kenny began his career as a real estate attorney working on commercial development projects with the primary responsibility of lease negotiations. He then joined a tenant representation firm as an associate vice president where he was named “Rookie of the Year,” developing a clientele of law firms, associations and corporations.
Activities & Achievements
Outside of the office, Kenny is an active supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Kenny graduted from the University of Baltimore School of Law and Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business with a degree in finance.
