Since joining Stream Realty Partners in 2022, Kenny has navigated through various roles, gaining comprehensive knowledge in property transactions, market trends, and investment strategies. Currently serving as a Senior Associate, he has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to identify opportunities and resolve complex issues. Kenny’s primary responsibilities include leasing industrial/office properties, tenant representation, investment sales, and in-depth market research.
Kenneth previously worked as a Jr Advisor at Advisor Group, working on the Real Estate Advisory team. Prior to Advisor Group, Kenneth worked as an Analyst within Walker & Dunlop’s Capital Markets team, specializing in the Atlanta Metro area. Kenneth has received his Bachelor’s in Economics from Morehouse College and is currently enrolled at Georgetown University pursuing his Master’s in Real Estate.
