Kenny grew up in Lilburn, GA. He graduated from Shiloh High School in 1989. In 1993, then graduated from the University of Georgia where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity – Go Dawgs, NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!
Kenny got his real estate license in 1994 and began working with a real estate group as a “Buyer’s Agent.” The experience that he got from working exclusively with buyers was priceless. Kenny was really able to learn what buyers were looking for and what made them excited about a house. He also began investing in rental homes and was quickly able to develop a successful inventory using his real estate sales knowledge and merging it with the rental market. He began to incorporate “flipping” into his investment strategy. This is a fun and exciting investment activity, but should be approached with caution; its not as easy as it looks on TV.
Kenny has always been interested in technology and have tried to incorporate technology into his real estate marketing plan. Today, he is able to offer his sellers the most advanced marketing system available.
