Kent Kohlhase has worked in the Utah commercial real estate market since 1997. Prior to moving to Utah, he was a licensed agent in Arizona since 1993. Kent specializes in several areas of commercial real estate, including land, industrial and office. Notable clients include the LDS Church, Brigham Young University, Bear River Mutual, Swire Coca-Cola, DR Horton, Deseret Trust Company, Utah Department of Natural Resources and Marshall Industries.
Kent has an in-depth understanding of land, including easements, rights of way, subdivisions, mineral rights, water rights, zoning, soil condition and title issues. He also has extensive experience with rural land, including farms, ranches and recreational properties.
He has a strong focus on technology and mapping, which provide his clients with leading-edge materials and information to make their real estate decisions. Kent has completed over 330 transactions since 2007.
