Kenzie supports the coordination and execution of all real estate transaction activities. Her responsibilities include multifaceted financial modeling and valuation analyses, portfolio planning, site selection as well as helping clients to strategize, assess and implement the transaction management of their occupancy needs. Kenzie, and her team, deliver real estate solutions aligned with clients’ business goals.
This Milwaukee-based team is one of the few Corporate Advisory and Transaction teams within CBRE offering portfolio-level transaction management and advisory services to large corporate occupiers. By leveraging the team’s extensive knowledge and years of experience, the team works to plan and execute on client long and short-term real estate goals. Together, they strive to improve efficiencies and reduce annual real estate expenditures throughout their client’s leased/owned real estate portfolios – positively impacting their bottom lines.
