Keri Redford, MAI is a First Vice President of the Valuation & Advisory Services Group in the Dallas-Fort Worth Office. Ms. Redford has over 20 years of appraisal and consulting experience in a variety of property commercial types but is the North Texas Multifamily Practice Lead. Her team has extensive experience with market rate communities, BFRs, proposed multifamily development, LITHCs, and PFC structures in all property classes. In the multifamily space, we work primarily in the DFW Area, East Texas, Midland/Odessa, Lubbock, and Amarillo.
She also has extensive experience including, but not limited to, retail, office, industrial, mixed use/adaptive re-use properties, and land. Prior to joining CBRE in 2018, Ms. Redford worked for JLL Valuation and Advisory Services after their 2016 acquisition of a prior employer, Integra Realty Resources, or IRR. Ms. Redford most recently served as a Senior Vice President for JLL VAS and as an equity partner and Managing Director with the Fort Worth Office for IRR.
