Keri moved to Amelia Island from the San Francisco area in 1995. She has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and worked in both residential and commercial construction for 16 years. For 7 of those years, she had a General Contractor’s license and had her own custom homebuilding business. Real estate has been a natural transition for her from construction and she is blessed to be able to have a business doing something she loves doing work without it feeling like work. Helping people find their dream home or sell their home is an amazing feeling! She is in the process of buying a third home that will eventually become another investment property and will continue to buy investment properties. She feels her background in construction, her love of helping people buy & sell real estate, and her current pursuit of buying and renovating investment properties benefit my real estate customers.
